Meet Kyle
What started as a career in financial consulting turned in to spending several years with the largest finance and accounting recruiting firm in the United States. Early in my career I was fortunate to be mentored by some of the best recruiters in the industry. Some of these individuals had decades of experience and had placed thousands of people - I couldn’t be more grateful for their guidance. Eventually I decided to take the leap of faith and and launch Main Line Search to help local and national companies with their recruiting endeavors across a variety of verticals. Since beginning my recruiting journey I have been fortunate to help over 100 individuals find new jobs and mentor countless candidates and hiring managers on best practices.
I make sure to take time to speak with every hiring manager and candidate that I work with to understand their needs. Unfortunately, people can have negative experiences with recruiting processes for a variety of reasons. Being an independent recruiter allows me to work more closely with all parties instead of having to focus on metrics and arbitrary placement targets.
Education: BBA in Finance and Management Information Systems from Villanova University & MBA from Villanova University
