
During the summer of 2020, while most firms were considering furloughing or laying off employees, there was a public accounting firm on the west coast that was ready to expand nationally. As a firm that was a regional player, the executive team decided they were going to invest in remote work opportunities for experienced hires in order to organically grow the organization.
As a result of this decision, Main Line Search was selected as a preferred vendor to help evaluate talent nationwide and put the firm’s strategic vision in to action. Between 2020 and 2022 Main Line Search was able to help the company onboard 13 new employees across the audit, tax, and transaction advisory divisions. These individuals lived in 11 different states across the US and ranged in experience from senior associates to managing directors. Over the same time period the firm increased their total headcount by 85% and, to this day, still partner with Main Line Search to help them find top-notch talent across the country.
